NWPS is committed to helping participants get ready for retirement. We offer a variety of tools and resources to support them on their savings journey.

Secure Website

Participants can access their online account any time and can: Enroll, add a beneficiary, see if they’re on track to meet their retirement savings goals, change contributions, change or rebalance investments, request a distribution, see investment performance, access educational materials, see their quarterly account statement and plan notices – and more.

Retirement Readiness Tool

We make it easy by offering participants a simple, personalized online enrollment experience. They provide information to set up their account along with some supplemental details. Then, they can easily pick from investment options, which can be as simple as choosing a target date fund or risk-based portfolio created by your plan’s advisor. The personalized retirement readiness tool will then show them a projected retirement goal as a monthly amount and where they stand in comparison. Making changes is as easy as updating the contribution amount, retirement date or investments. The tool updates on-the-fly with any changes. Participants can visit the website any time to make updates.

U.S. Based Call Center

We’ll provide participants with a U.S. based call center committed to picking up the phone right away and resolving questions on the first call. The team includes 10 Spanish-speaking representatives. The call centers are based in two locations – Towson, Maryland and Seattle, Washington – and are 100% staffed by NWPS professionals. Having two locations helps ensure business continuity.

Personalized, Interactive, Financial Wellness Education and Planning

Helping participants build financial security is easy with EXPLORE, an optional financial wellness service that’s fully integrated into the participant retirement plan website. It offers educational and financial planning through engaging, interactive activities. Each activity is personalized and provides helpful information, and more importantly, the chance to take action that can move participants closer to their financial goals. Many actions are linked to the participant’s personalized retirement goal and will update automatically with any changes. They can also connect their outside savings accounts by choosing from over 10,000 financial institutions. The outside accounts will automatically update too, offering an even more personalized experience.
